The GENERATION 10 (G10) CERAMIC coating has been continuously perfected over more than a decade. G10 Duralon Blue is exceptional in every category, heating up quickly and evenly, releasing food effortlessly, and being extraordinarily durable. The ceramic coating is not chemically nonstick but comes close.
The DURALON BLUE HARDNESS is rated at 9H, making it extremely strong and resistant to abrasion, corrosion, and acid. It won't chip or discolor, and it will retain its non-stick properties for longer.
The cookware is INDUCTION READY and delivers EVEN HEAT DISTRIBUTION, thanks to the anti-warp stainless steel plate bonded to the bottom of each piece. This ensures fast, even heat distribution and superior heat retention at any temperature.
The cookware is designed to be ALL COOKTOP & OVEN SAFE, with pieces that are oven-safe up to 500°F, allowing for seamless transition from stove to oven.
The ERGONOMIC STAY-COOL STAINLESS STEEL HANDLES are designed to be anti-fatigue, lightweight, and sturdy, with a built-in heat diffuser to keep the grip cooler. The PREMIUM TEMPERED GLASS LIDS are shatter-resistant and oven-safe up to 350°F, with a small ventilation opening to ensure safe steam release.
